1. Reservations and Payments

1.1 Booking Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation email from Fourwindslodge.

1.2 Payment

Depending on your selected rate, payment may be required either:

  • In full at the time of booking, or

  • Upon arrival

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment methods.

1.3 Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made under Non-Refundable offers must be prepaid in full at the time of reservation.
These reservations cannot be changed, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: Until 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
A supplemental fee may apply.

Guests must present a valid photo ID or passport upon arrival, as required by local regulations.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are kindly asked to:

  • Treat the accommodation and all furnishings with care

  • Maintain reasonable noise levels for the comfort of all guests

  • Refrain from smoking inside the property (cleaning fees may apply)

  • Report any issues or damages to staff immediately

Loss, theft, or damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.

4. Occupancy and Use

  • Only registered guests may stay in the accommodation

  • The number of occupants must not exceed what is stated in the booking confirmation

  • Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted unless approved in writing by management

5. Liability

Fourwindslodge is not responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • Injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents occurring on or near the property

We strongly recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance before arrival.

7. Force Majeure

Fourwindslodge shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or health emergencies.

In such cases, guests may be offered:

  • To reschedule their stay, or

  • A credit voucher, at management’s discretion.
