Refund Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation:
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date with no charges.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a fee equal to the first night’s stay.

No-Shows:
Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a charge for the full reservation amount.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some promotional or discounted rates are offered on a non-refundable basis.
For these reservations:

  • Payment is charged in full at the time of booking

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes, or no-shows

3. Modifications to Reservations

Guests wishing to alter travel dates or room types should contact us as soon as possible.
Modifications are:

  • Subject to availability

  • Subject to price differences if the new date or room has a different rate

We always strive to assist where possible.

4. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

In the case of unforeseen events beyond our control—such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or health emergencies—we may offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit voucher valid for future stays within 12 months

Each situation will be evaluated fairly and individually.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Processing times depend on your bank or card provider but typically take 7–14 business days.
